Our Managing Partner and Co-founder, brings in 15+ years of experience and expertise in areas of Auditing, Credit Analysis, Underwriting, Customer profiling, preparation of SOPs, Value Chain Analysis, Budgeting, Forensic Investigations, Specialized Audits, Group consolidations, Corporate Services, Company formation, International Taxation and Risk Analysis. He is a Chartered Accountant and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has done his Post Graduation in Financial Markets from National Institute of Financial Management (Ministry of Finance, India).

Before moving to UAE, his experience with Audit Firms and Bank in India, helped in achieving expertise in critical analysis and customer profiling. In UAE, he started his journey with leading Audit Firm (one of top 10 firms globally) and also served as External Director of HLB International (amongst top 20 firms globally).

As Managing Partner at Fincirc, Prabhash wears many hats, as trusted advisor to our clients and mentor to our team. He is a true visionary and its his determined efforts that has helped the firm grow manifolds since inception. His area of specialization includes Audits, Value Chain Analysis, Business Advisory and Project Management. He has helped many startups in formulating their business plan, their company set up and also arranging finance through banks and equity investors.

Nirav Patel, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Fincirc International Management currently heads the Audit and Assurance department as an Audit Partner. His experience spans 20+ years which includes a 12-year stint with a major accounting firm in UAE. Having been in practice since 2009, he has diverse experience in auditing, taxation, compliance and business advisory matters. He specializes in the assurance engagements of semi-government organizations and has a vast experience of audit in manufacturing, retail, trading, health, education, hospitality, professional services, construction, oil and gas and real estate sector clients.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Graduate in Law and Commerce. He is holding Certificate of Practice from ICAI (India) started his professional career with an international accounting firm in 2009 as an auditor and rose through the ranks until his last position as an Audit Manager with a Top 10 Global Accounting firm before leaving in 2016 and after being recognised as a licensed Auditor from Ministry of Economy (UAE).

His experience encompasses areas such as statutory audits of companies, agreed upon review engagements, financial due diligence, M&As, company formation, banking arrangements and regulatory compliances like ESR, AML, UBO, etc. He also works closely with his clients and has developed strong and long-standing relationships with them, helping them to develop their business and assists them in preparing the financial feasibility studies and business plan and advising them about the viability of their projects / business in different jurisdictions in UAE.

In addition, he likes to stay mentally agile and physically active. When not busy at work, he is an avid sports person with a passion for keeping fit and healthy life.

As a Co-Founder and part of Management Team, she brings in diversified experience of over 15 years across various areas of Taxation, Advisory, Management Consultancy, Process Development, Cost Management being some of them. She is a Chartered Accountant and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. During initial years of her professional life, she got opportunity to work with some leading CA firms in India, which gave her immense exposure to understand complex tax laws and audit procedures. Then in UAE, as part of multi-national company – Landmark Group, got to learn and hone Financial Planning & Analysis techniques, understand business environment of multiple GCC & MENA countries, understanding E-Commerce model, Cost Management & Product Pricing.

Her area of specialization is Tax & Compliance. With her expertise in UAE Tax Structuring, Financial Advisory and Cost Management, she is an advisor on board to many esteemed Private conglomerates, Family offices and Semi-Government Organizations. She is responsible for developing specialized team and guiding them to execute assignments related to VAT, ESR, AML, Excise Tax etc. During VAT roll out in UAE, our firm assisted in successful implementation of VAT framework for all our clients. Currently we are working on implementation of Corporate Tax for our SME to MNE clients.
